  • Public parking and a trolley stop at the bottom of the hill provide access to attractions in Pigeon Forge for a nominal fee of $0.50.

Policies and Rules

  • $250 security deposit will be temporarily held on your credit card for damages after your stay.
  • Absolutely no house parties. Family groups only. Groups misrepresenting themselves will be required to vacate immediately without refund.
  • Deposits may be refunded, rentals refused, or occupancy discontinued if tenants are deemed detrimental to the property.
  • Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies, and directly adjacent to buildings. Outdoor grills are available in designated picnic areas.
  • No fireworks of any kind are allowed.
  • No pets allowed. This is a pet-free resort.
  • No smoking inside the condo or any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking is detected.
  • Trailer or car hauler parking is prohibited. Contact property management for alternative arrangements.
  • The Premises are for residential use only; no animals are permitted for any reason.
  • Tenant must observe all restrictions, laws, and ordinances affecting the Premises.
  • No acts may be done that increase the rate of insurance or cause cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises.

Fees and Payments

  • Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
  • CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:
    • Cancel more than 14 days before arrival: Full refund.
    • Cancel 14 days or less before arrival: Forfeit entire rental fee.
    • All cancellations must be made by phone (call 855-44-SWEET). Cancellations cannot be made online.
    • The company may cancel bookings for any reason; in such cases, all monies paid will be refunded. The company is not liable for other costs incurred by the client or loss/delay due to events beyond their control.
  • RESERVATIONS DO NOT INCLUDE: Expenses/items not mentioned, including but not limited to: transportation, tips for personal services, meals, insurance, telephone calls, or other personal items.

  • Use of swimming pools or other facilities is at your own risk. Injury, damage, or loss to client property is the client’s responsibility.
  • Tenant assumes all risk of damage to any property during use and occupancy.
  • Tenant agrees to hold Landlord harmless and indemnify Landlord against such risks.
